Oversee and lead hospital operations when a Chief Executive Officer position within the organization is vacant and / or the executive is on a leave of absenceProvide onsite mentorship and organized training for new Chief Executive Offers joining the organization or team members who have been promoted into leadershipStrategically coach Chief Executive Officer(s) on areas of opportunity that have been identified by the assigned Division President of Operations, which may include expense management, physician relationships, community engagement, business development, leadership development, staff retention, etc.Develop, in conjunction with the assigned Division President of Operations, a performance plan for Chief Executive Officers who require additional support and see through the implementation of that planProvide progress report to the President of Operations and the assigned Division President of Operations detailing outcomes and future recommendationsProvides administrative oversight for assigned facility; assists managers with managing human, operational and financial resources.Willingly accepts special projects as assigned; works within time and financial constraints; presents data and outcomes professionally and in a timely manner; serves on committees as assigned.Engages with providers and establishes a visible leadership role in community organizations to grow public awareness and referral development in market areas.Participates in the preparation of the operating and capital facility budgets; monitors compliance of all departments with the operating budget; assists in the procurement of capital equipment when approved.Provides input and assists Corporate with development of strategic goals and plans for market area. Monitors and ensures compliance with assigned strategic goals.Qualifications :
Education and Training : Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or an appropriately related field, preferred.
Experience : Five (5) years experience in hospital leadership or equivalent in the healthcare industry. Two (2) years experience in LTACH Operations.
Proven experience in corporate planning, development, management, board development, and multi-hospital operations.Rehabilitation or Long-Term Acute Care experience, as applicable, is required.About PAM Health
