Candidates should have a strong background in drafting and negotiating various types of business contracts and in handling a variety of business transactions. They should also have general corporate law experience advising private companies on corporate governance and other business matters. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, along with strong writing, analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
