A company is looking for an HR Manager Generalist including Talent Acquisition and Retention.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire HR value chain including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and compliance
Partner with executives and department heads to align hiring and processes with a high-performance culture
Build and develop the people infrastructure as the team scales from 12 to 40+ employees
Required Qualifications
7-15+ years of experience in HR generalist roles, particularly in high-growth tech, fintech, or crypto environments
Proven success in hiring and retaining top talent
Strong network in quantitative trading, technology, data science, and digital finance
Confident communicator able to influence at all levels
Experience working in dynamic, distributed team environments
