Shifts needed : Dec 6, 10, 13, 15, 17, 20, 22, 27, 29, 31

DESCRIPTION

Employee Health Clinic / Manage chronic conditions, urgent / episodic care cases.

Clinic Hours - 7 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm

40 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch each day

Monday through Friday

Must have at least one to two years of NP experience

Local candidates - housing not available

MO license and DEA required
