Operations Excellence Integrator

A company is looking for an Operations Excellence Integrator for the Engineering & Technology team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and administer operational initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance within the engineering enterprise

Coordinate corrective actions, Make / Buy Board decisions, and manage engineering enablement assets

Oversee compliance, quality management, and support workforce development and training initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Must be a US Citizen

Ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance

Experience in engineering operations and compliance management

Familiarity with AS9100 standards and audit management

Background in workforce planning and metrics integration
