As an effective team builder, the Advanced Program Performance Management Specialist provide both program cost and schedule management and analysis related to development and / or manufacturing programs. We'll expect you to work with a single or multiple contracts typically valued up to $20M per year, by developing the program cost and schedule baseline within the contract parameters in conjunction with the program team and analyzing program performance (historical and predictive), and monitoring the contract / program Estimate at Complete and schedule completion date, and make recommendations to program manager and program leads.

Representative Duties and Tasks :

• This position will provide both cost and schedule management and analysis
• Single or multiple contracts typically valued up to $20M per year
• The analyst will establish both the program cost and / or schedule baseline within the contract parameters in conjunction with the program team
• The analyst will analyze program performance (historical and predictive), and monitor the contract / program Estimate at Complete and schedule completion date, and make recommendations to program manager and program leads
• Develops the time-phased budget in conjunction with program team to meet all contract and program objectives
• Collects and updates full program performance data, prepares and analyzes historical and predictive measures, and reviews results and recommendations with program manager and program leads
• Integrates subcontractor cost and / or schedule data and / or material data into program data
• Ensures program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated and resolves network logic conflicts
• Applies advanced schedule techniques and analysis (health and quality checks, resource loading, risk analysis)
• Analyzes critical path and driving paths to identify and manage schedule risk
• Prepares timely, accurate program review documents
• Presents documents to appropriate audience
• Prepares timely, accurate customer required documents and reviews with program manager and department manager
• Coordinates contract / program Estimate At Complete (EAC), risk and opportunity, and Management Reserve data with Finance organization as input into business financial commitments
• Updates program time-phased budget and / or schedule and associated documents to ensure latest contract modifications and related requirements are incorporated
• Defines requirements to solve common business problems

Combined Salary Range

USD $105,000.00 - USD $115,000.00 / Yr.
