The Construction Project Manager , reporting directly to the Director of Capital Projects and Facilities, is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of ground-up construction and capital improvement projects throughout a multifamily portfolio. This position manages all phases of each project, from initial concept through completion, encompassing budgeting, scheduling, design, construction, and operational transition, while ensuring that every initiative aligns with the overall objectives of the organization.
As part of a vertically integrated multifamily developer and operator, this position provides end-to-end visibility across development, construction, and operations, making it a key contributor to asset performance and resident experience.
