Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university

10 years of related experience in IT services, IT Operations, or professional services

PMP certification required within 6 months of placement in the role

Ability to generate and manage detailed project plans

Experience managing technical resources across multiple projects
