Key Responsibilities
Manage case requests and order needs for a US sales region
Process sales orders and handle customer inquiries regarding purchase order issues
Provide order management analytics and monitor shipment deadlines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
1 - 3 years of customer success experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices
Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or QAD
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
