A company is looking for a Personal Lines Account Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Perform customer service activities for agents and clients, including answering inquiries and handling claims calls
Conduct account reviews and enhance existing accounts with additional coverage as needed
Document work in the management system and support the creation of implementation project plans
Required Qualifications
2 - 5 years of experience in Account Management, Business, Sales, Distribution Management, or a related field
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and / or commensurate experience
