About the Role As a Junior Fundraising Associate , you will represent nonprofit organizations and community-based causes at live events, promotional campaigns, and fundraising initiatives.

You’ll engage directly with the public, share impactful stories, and inspire donors to take action.

What You’ll Do Assist in planning, organizing, and executing fundraising events and community marketing campaigns Represent charitable organizations and promote their mission at local events, pop-ups, and retail locations Build genuine connections through face-to-face outreach and donor engagement Deliver excellent customer service , answering questions and sharing campaign details Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize event visibility and fundraising results Track campaign performance and provide feedback to support team goals Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for motivated, people-oriented candidates with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
