Shipping and Receiving Associate

Job Summary : The Office Support will support the mailroom and warehouse operations at the Dell Technologies campus. The role involves handling packages, moving materials, and supporting daily logistics tasks in compliance with company safety and operational procedures. Key Responsibilities : Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare, package, and ship outgoing mail and courier shipments. Lift and move packages up to 50 lbs; use assistance, two-wheelers, dollies, hydraulic pallet jacks, and power lift jacks as needed. Maintain an organized and clean work environment in the mailroom and warehouse areas. Follow company safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required. Support temporary driving tasks once converted, requiring a valid driver’s license. Comply with Dell and JLL operational procedures, including temporary badge issuance and escorted access to mailroom areas. Required Qualifications : Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs safely. Valid driver’s license required for occasional driving tasks. Ability to follow safety procedures and use warehouse equipment. Comfortable working in a warehouse / mailroom environment. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Soft Skills : Team player with a proactive and safety-conscious attitude. Able to follow instructions and maintain punctuality.
