Responsibilities
Develop and execute a 1–3-year personal market-development plan aligned with company directives and departmental goals (sales volume, gross margin, project milestones).
Collaborate with regional teams and key-account teams in the Marketing Center to drive and transition OEM and Tier-1 projects.
Provide marketing support and specialized training to Marketing Center teams on engineered plastics (materials, applications, industry needs).
Directly acquire strategic engineered-plastics customers—break new ground, develop projects, secure material approvals, and win orders.
Undertake additional marketing tasks : organize customer seminars, trainings, and tech days; promote products at conferences and exhibitions; identify and define new product opportunities for industry clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in chemical engineering, materials science or related fields; master's preferred. Fluent English required.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the plastics industry; prior sales experience in specialty engineering plastics / LCP strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of domestic specialty-engineering-plastics market dynamics and trends.
Outgoing personality with strong stress tolerance and excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated sales or technical background in specialty plastics.
