Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and maintaining our organization's public image, enhancing stakeholder relationships, and communicating our mission and goals to the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of public relations strategies and campaigns.

Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other content to enhance media relations.

Monitor and analyze media coverage, preparing reports on public perception and brand awareness.

Coordinate and organize events, press conferences, and promotional activities to engage stakeholders.

Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and industry influencers to maximize media exposure.

Manage social media channels by creating engaging content and interacting with followers to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

At least 1-2 years of experience in public relations or communications is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Familiarity with media monitoring tools and platforms for tracking coverage and sentiment analysis.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with social media management tools.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
