We’re available 24 / 7 to help rebuild homes, businesses, and lives.
What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in preparing accurate, thorough, and timely estimates for reconstruction projects. Your responsibilities will include :
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction project activities to meed deadlines
- Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports
- Direct and supervise construction or related workers.
- Prepare contracts or negotiate revisions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, or subcontractors.
- Conducting on-site inspections to assess damages and repair needs.
- Preparing detailed Xactimate estimates in accordance with program guidelines, building codes, and IICRC standards.
- Capturing and documenting clear job site photos and uploading necessary data into our 365 system.
- Communicating with insurance adjusters, clients, and internal team members to ensure estimate accuracy and timely approvals.
- Reviewing and submitting supplements or change orders as needed.
- Supporting the transition of projects from estimation to production, working collaboratively with the project management team.
