What We’re Looking For :

Licensed RN \ LPN in Indiana (experience preferred)

Strong communication skills

Compassion for seniors and a resident-focused mindset

Calm under pressure and able to multi-task

Weekend Clinical Schedule & Pay :

Work every Saturday & Sunday (6-month commitment)

Premium pay : time and a half for all weekend hours

Four weekends (8 shifts) off per year
