Position : Facilities Maintenance Technician

Location : Cleveland, OH 44135

Position Overview :

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring all facilities are safe, well-kept, and operating efficiently. This is achieved through direct project work, coordinating with internal teams, or managing subcontractors.

Essential Job Functions :

• Oversee factory trash and waste removal, including recycling and daily waste collection between shifts.
• Manage and coordinate building subcontractors.
• Record maintenance activity for critical equipment (HVAC, air compressors, material handling) regardless of work being performed by the technician or subcontractor.
• Maintain factory cleanliness, including organizing and disposing of pallets, totes, and boxes.
• Provide extra shoveling and salting of walkways during winter for safety.
• Assist with additional projects assigned by management.
