About the Position :

$700K+ guaranteed first year
$70 per RVU giving potential to make an additional $200k+ on top of base salary
Ample support around each provider and flexible schedule
Newly built 477-bed hospital and newer ENT suite
Excellent benefits include $100,000 sign-on bonus , relocation, ample PTO, resident stipend, and CME allowance of $6000 annually
Plenty of referrals from hospital group and patient draw over 560,000
