About the Role :

As a senior consultant - senior accessibility analyst in the Cybersecurity and Data Privacy practice area, you will oversee the interpretation and presentation of accessibility audit findings, ensuring that they are actionable and understandable for remediation teams and leadership.

This role focuses on synthesizing complex data, collaborating with junior analysts, and crafting strategies to improve compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 / 2.2 Level AA standards. The ideal candidate will also have exceptional skills in synthesizing and presenting findings in clear, actionable ways to diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide junior analysts in performing detailed manual and automated accessibility testing, ensuring consistency and quality in findings.
• Translate technical audit results into clear, actionable insights tailored for nontechnical audiences
• Analyze large datasets from automated testing tools to identify trends, prioritize issues, and create summary reports.
• Communicate accessibility audit results and recommendations in a clear, understandable manner tailored to technical and nontechnical audiences, including ITS leadership, agency stakeholders, and development teams.
• Partner with the accessibility quality assurance (QA) lead to define test plans and use new tools, techniques, and methodologies to improve audit accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide clear, data-driven insights from audits to support remediation efforts and policy decisions.
• Stay updated on legal and technical accessibility standards and ensure that all tools and processes align with evolving requirements.

Education and Experience

The target base salary for this position is $84,497.00 to $109,846.00 per year. When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including skill set, experience, location, and job-related qualifications.
