Salary : Starting at $19.25 per hour

As a Youth Care Worker, you will facilitate a positive living environment for our teenage residents by offering support, encouragement, and guidance. The ability to understand the perspective of others is critical and staff must truly care about the success of youth. You will work alongside residents to support achievement of treatment goals through engagement in healthy and productive daily activities by doing the following :

• Leadingdaily programming activities and promotingpositive participation
• Engage with residents through recreational activities, groups, meals, and other aspects of daily living
• Respondingto critical resident needs as they arise
• Participatein developing and maintaining a therapeutic, safe,and supportive environment
• Actively participatingin house and team meetings
• Attending initial and ongoing training sessions
