Regularly monitor key operational metrics, such as billing turnaround times, accounts receivable status, and update daily dashboard. Prioritize actions to ensure efficient and compliant workflows.

Your Expertise
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Healthcare Operations Knowledge : Deep understanding of the home health and hospice industry, including regulatory requirements, Medicare / Medicaid compliance, and best practices for operational efficiency.
Proven Administrative Leadership : Demonstrated ability to oversee and optimize administrative processes such as billing, accounts receivable, payroll, and patient intake to ensure seamless operations.
Compliance and Quality Assurance : Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing home health and hospice services, with a track record of ensuring operational compliance and readiness for audits.
Problem-Solving Skills : Proactive approach to identifying operational challenges, analyzing root causes, and implementing effective, scalable solutions.
Data-Driven Decision-Making : Ability to track, interpret, and act on operational metrics to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance patient care.
