We are seeking a positive, hardworking, and caring Resident Care Assistant to contribute to the quality of life of our residents.

Job Type : Full-Time or Part-Time

Hours : 1st Shift (6 : 30am-3 : 00pm)

Benefits : Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off (PTO), Retirement Plan / Match ( full-time status only )

Job responsibilities :

• Provides assistance to resident or cues resident in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) (dressing / undressing, personal hygiene, toileting, bathing, eating / drinking, mobility, etc.)
• Provides assistance to residents in instrumental activities of daily living (telephone use, housekeeping, care of personal belongings, laundry, etc.)
• Monitors safety and well-being of residents and living environment
• Documents and records critical data points of resident well-being
• Initiates and participates in life enrichment activities with the residents, in conjunction and collaboration with Life Enrichment staff
• Performs light housekeeping and maintenance tasks in order to assure and maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming home environment for the residents
• Completes miscellaneous office / administrative tasks (monitoring supplies, printing forms, handling paperwork, etc.)
• Assists in preparing for and facilitating resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Other duties as requested
