Vodigy Technologies is seeking a talented Service Desk Technician Tier II to join the fast-growing Managed Services division. Our technical team is responsible for supporting a wide range of systems and technologies, with a continuous focus on learning and collaboration. The environment at the office is fun and fast paced, and we enjoy great relationships with our clients.

The Service Desk Technician Tier II is responsible for the following :
- Resolve inbound hardware, software, or network technical support requests, via email, phone, and web
- Document all customer interaction with high attention to detail and accuracy within ConnectWise system
- Assist in on-boarding new clients
- Remotely manage client systems using tools, i.e. RMM Tools, Logmein
- Recognize and escalate more difficult problems
- Collaborate with team members to solve IT problems

Consulting experience or a comprehensive understanding of a consultancy role and the business / financial impact of technology decisions for our customers3+ years providing technical supportNetworking(Cisco) : implementing & supporting managed switches, routing & vlans.Server Administration : troubleshooting servers and associated applications, installing new servers.Virtualization : Hyper-V, VMWareExperience and understanding of :ConnectWise SuiteMicrosoft AzureMicrosoft Office 365 (Exchange Online, One Drive, SharePoint)Microsoft Windows, Windows ServerCisco MerakiESET Security, Cisco UmbrellaActive DirectoryApple OS, Android, iOSTenacious desire to solve complex technical problemsExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize assignmentsDesire to learn new technologyPositive and friendly attitudeTransportation to and from clients requiredNo Felonies due to work with CustomsVodigy participates in E-Verify
