(New Grads encouraged to apply and experienced nurses welcome with open arms) 2) 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse required only. 3) weekly pay 4) Facility Type : prison / correctional Job Description : Monitor inmate / resident hospitalizations for early release eligibility. Observe and document behavior. Inspect and secure the medical unit, disposing of contraband risks. Escort or coordinate inmate / resident transport for medical care. Conduct searches for contraband on persons and objects. Perform security checks in confined areas and during shifts. De-escalate or prevent disruptive situations. Supervise and guide nursing and non-licensed medical staff. Collaborate with facility staff and external providers. Follow policies and exercise sound judgment in all tasks.
