The College of Nursing is seeking candidates for an Operations Manager of Clinical Experiences for the CNM and PMHNP programs. About the Job :
As the Operations Manager of Clinical Experiences, you will be instrumental in managing program compliance requirements related to clinical placements, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, affiliation agreements, and internal policies. You will lead the development and implementation of efficient clinical onboarding processes for students, working collaboratively with clinical sites, faculty, and students to guarantee a smooth and effective start to their placements. Your primary focus will be on optimizing the logistical and organizational framework of the clinical experience, fostering strong communication and problem-solving across all stakeholders to ensure high-quality and impactful learning opportunities.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and proactive leader with a strong background in operations management, process improvement, and project coordination. Experience in regulated environments or managing complex logistical processes is highly valued.
