About this Opportunity

Inmar’s Summer Internship Program offers a dynamic and enriching experience designed to give students real-world exposure to a professional environment while contributing meaningfully to company initiatives. Interns will split their time between a high-impact cross-functional team project and department-specific responsibilities assigned by their direct manager.

This program is designed to offer aspiring technologists a hands-on, immersive experience at the intersection of engineering, product, and innovation. Interns will split their time between contributing to a cross-functional project with real-world impact and working on team-specific initiatives guided by their direct manager. As a Software Engineer Intern, you’ll join a collaborative engineering team working on innovative projects that span healthcare, pharmacy, and marketing technology solutions. From building scalable SaaS platforms and secure APIs to modernizing infrastructure and integrating cloud-based services, you’ll gain hands-on experience solving real-world challenges. This internship provides exposure to the full software development lifecycle while giving you opportunities to learn, contribute, and grow under the guidance of experienced mentors.

What You’ll Do

Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of modern SaaS applications.

Build and enhance front-end components, backend APIs, and cloud-based services.

Work with authentication / authorization technologies such as Auth0 and centralized security frameworks.

Support infrastructure modernization using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure).

Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and cross-team collaboration sessions.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.

Research and apply emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and data analytics.

Collaborate on initiatives that improve processes in healthcare, pharmacy, and marketing technology domains.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.

Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design).

Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, or C# / .NET.

Familiarity with modern frameworks and tools : Vue, Node.js, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Auth0, Google Cloud, Azure, BigQuery.

Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to learning.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to contribute in a fast-paced environment.
