What we're looking for

The ideal candidate is a driven sales leader with retail sales experience, pursuing a long-term career and eager to be part of our growing team. Experience selling Mobile is a plus.

Core Responsibilities

• Sales and Leadership : Responsible for maximizing sales in your assigned retail location by leading a team of Representatives to achieve sales and compliance results.
• Leverage best practices for product positioning, account analysis, promotional offers, retention tools, and overall customer sales and service expectations.
• Collaborate with leadership to analyze the business of the retail location and implement practices to fulfill goals, including recruiting and training sales reps, managing key KPIs from the Sales Report, and maintaining high NPS scores.
• Implement weekly and monthly sales incentives to meet and exceed growth objectives.
• Improve cost-effectiveness of operations with support from the Operations team.
• Manage inventory for mobile devices, core cable products, and accessories.
• Follow cash handling policies and procedures and manage exceptions reporting.
• Ensure excellence in customer service with every interaction.
• Coordinate with Leadership and Training teams to sustain effective sales channel training and development programs.

Note : This role focuses on delivering customer satisfaction (NPS) and effective store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
