Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and platform best practices.
Manage cross-functional teams including developers, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.
Oversee implementation and optimization of ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules, including workflows, integrations, and reporting.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and change management activities.
Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, including ITIL, Agile, and CSDM standards.
Monitor project KPIs and use ServiceNow dashboards to report progress and performance.
Coordinate testing, training, and go-live support to ensure successful adoption and sustainability.
Collaborate with enterprise architects to define long-term ServiceNow roadmaps, including module upgrades and new capability rollouts.
