What You'll Do
As the Nurse Manager II , you’ll :
Lead the implementation of patient care delivery systems and nursing practice standards across multiple locations.
Foster collaboration between physicians, care teams, and external partners to deliver safe, high-quality care.
Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and equipment management to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Create and advocate for professional growth opportunities for your team — mentoring, coaching, and succession planning.
Manage hospital operations, quality initiatives, and compliance programs to maintain the highest regulatory standards.
Drive operational improvements and support organizational change by leading key projects and performance initiatives.
Ensure 24 / 7 delivery of safe, quality, and evidence-based patient care in alignment with hospital standards and policies.
Requirements
What You Bring
Registered Nurse (RN) – California license (required at hire)
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
5+ years of patient care experience and 4+ years in a leadership role
Strong background in ICU or critical care settings
Demonstrated expertise in patient safety, change management, and process improvement
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required at hire)
