- Prior GM experience
- Prior restaurant management experience
- History of staff training
- Payroll / HR experience
- Organizational skills a must
- Extensive wine knowledge
- Global food and beverage knowledge
- Team first attitude
- Ability to multi-task gracefully under pressure
- A nice human with a positive attitude
