Project Executive - Light Industrial
Lead multiple light industrial construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project scope and objectives. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans. Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively. Prepare and deliver regular project updates to stakeholders and upper management. Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining open communication and addressing concerns promptly.
