Senior Collections Representative

A company is looking for a Senior Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist team members and resolve complex customer issues

Contact customers to negotiate payment and resolve outstanding medical bills

Prepare reports on the status of medical bills and coordinate with external collection agencies as needed

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED

Must be 18 years of age or older

3+ years of experience in Medical Collections

Working knowledge of medical terminology

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
