The Opportunity

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join the Lifestyle Group. In this role you will collaborate closely with the broader brand & design teams and colleagues in the NYC Creative Hub to lead a regional collection of hotels in the Lifestyle Group. You will be part of a team passionate about delivering exceptional brand‑focused guest experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and maintain core branding assets, initiatives and systems around the brand and properties comprehensively.
• Collaborate with Marketing Directors, Managers, Art Director, and Sr. Designer to interpret and develop project directions.
• Participate in department meetings as required and liaise with Art Director and internal stakeholders to discuss briefs, develop concepts, interpret feedback, and deliver creative on time.
• Design print collateral and set up production‑ready print files.
• Support the retail department with graphics, production files and marketing assets.
• Design marketing graphics for email newsletters and social media.
• Edit photos and video for social posts and reels.
• Contribute innovative ideas and designs to briefs / requests.
• Produce artwork across a wide range of media.
• Proof work to ensure high quality.
• Stay up to date with design trends and tools.
• Translate ideas into concepts for a non‑technical audience.
• Work on several different projects and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Salary

The salary range for this position is $70,000 – $80,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
