We are looking for PCU level experience, but we want them to be aware that they could still float to other med surg areas within our floor ( ortho / neuro) and then also others within the hospital.  Our currently PCU is  neuro focused and takes 4 : 1, when floating to other med surg level areas they would be at 5 : 1 or 6 : 1.

Must have :   candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

Preferred or nice to have :   candidates with these skills will be considered first.
