This is a field-based position focused on training and motivating new and experienced Territory Managers to meet and exceed their segment goals. The role involves spending 2-3 days in the TM's territory, providing coaching and development post-initial training and corporate onboarding.
Responsibilities include :
- Supporting business plan initiatives and individual development plans for TMs.
- Collaborating with Regional Managers to onboard and train new TMs effectively.
- Conducting weekly field visits to coach TMs towards their objectives.
- Providing follow-up and reports on coaching sessions.
- Assessing territories and performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Developing tailored training strategies for each TM.
- Educating TMs on ZOLL's selling methodologies and sales cycle.
- Assisting with special projects and regional training initiatives.
Qualifications include :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.At least 2 years in clinical, sales, or training roles.Experience in medical products industry and with physicians is preferred.Clinical knowledge of ECG, cardiac anatomy, etc., is a plus.Skills and abilities :
Proven success in sales and coaching.Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.Comfort in calling on physicians in clinical settings.Self-motivated, autonomous, proficient with MS Office and project management.Physical demands :
