Electrical Technician (Automotive) -– $18.00 / hr. Employment Type : Temp-to-Hire Position Summary We are seeking an Electrical Technician (Automotive) for our client located close to Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will be using many different types of power tools both electrical & air powered. Responsibilities Must have experience with 12 Volt DC preferably in an automotive environment such as wiring car stereos, installing alarms, etc. Ability to do carpentry tasks, such as trim work, using a tape measure proficiently. Ability to use drill bits Previous experience with wire harness assembly or electrical console assembly is a plus. Requirements Must be familiar with Compound miner saw, Band, Radial arm, Jig saws, Drill Press, Table grinder, routers, die grinders, D / A sanders, cut off tools & hand drills. Candidate must have their own tools such as 3 / 8 to 3 / 4 Wrench, Phillip / Flat head screw drivers, Standard Sockets-1 / 4, 3 / 8 drive, Channel locks, Side Cutters & Tape measure.
