Monday-Friday (8a-5p)
Setting : Outpatient Clinic
FTE : 1.0
Duties : Management of adult outpatients for chronic disease, wellness care, and management of acute patient needs.
EMR : EPIC
Support Staff : 1 Clinical Support Staff (LPN or Medical Assistant)
Reason for coverage : Vacation and Vacancy
No inpatient work - clinic sees about 18 patients per day.
First day info - Will meet with clinic manager for orientation the morning of first shift.
