Assistant Community Manager
Pay range : $50,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year.
Job Type : Full-time.
Schedule
- The business work week is Monday – Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. This schedule can and may be determined by clients’ needs.
- May be required to work evenings and / or weekends as needed for association meetings, special or urgent projects / tasks (notice will be provided in advance).
- May be required to travel for industry training or Corporate Office events (notice will be provided in advance).
Responsibilities
Respond to and follow up on Board inquiries, directing all non-administrative tasks to the manager.Accept calls on behalf of the association, assist with unit owner concerns or maintenance issues, create work orders as needed.Keep Association Board Member Contact Lists and any Association notes and records organized within company software.Issue Work Orders as needed and notify the manager for follow-up.Coordinate clubhouse rental requests and reservations, as well as pool and gym facilities if applicable.Maintain information logs for access gate, remote, key logs, and other information in appropriate location.Cover and assist Community Manager with break, sick, and vacation coverage.Train new and current employees and participate in continuing education for upward mobility.Requirements
