We are looking for a Program Manager with strong program management, process and automation engineering and change management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience organizing large enterprise change programs. He or She will be responsible for organizing program initiatives / critical projects through program process standards and tangible business outcomes related to process improvement and automation. Duties will include but not limited to : Structuring program routines and standard updates and artifacts, creating materials for leadership updates, maintaining program metrics, scheduling and leading established team meetings, and reporting progress of the program. Bank of America experience strongly preferred. Experience with Confluence, JIRA, ServiceNow and vulnerability management a strong plus.
