Strategic Analysis, Inc. (SA) is actively seeking a Senior Commercialization Advisor to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). Responsibilities include : partnering with the ARPA-H Federal Lead to design and execute a structured program for performer spinouts, providing senior-level commercialization support to nominated academic performers, supporting selection and evaluation of performers, building and managing relationships with commercialization partners, developing commercialization toolkits, tracking and reporting on performer outcomes, and supporting organization of program events. Requirements include 10+ years of experience in commercialization, technology transfer, or early-stage venture development, proven expertise in supporting startups, familiarity with university TTO operations, and strong understanding of non-dilutive funding mechanisms.
