Help incorporate M&O agents / standards into application patterns, collaborating with Cloud Ops and Cloud Architecture using the following technologies : Splunk, OTEL / ADOT frameworks, AWS CloudTrail, Amazon CloudWatch, GuardDuty, Wiz 2) Assist with defining monitoring standards and policies, to be adopted by all applications 3) Lead design for alerts, thresholds, etc. in ServiceNow ITOM and Splunk (leveraging integration with CMDB) 4) Help onboard teams to using standard OpenTelemetry standards for logging / exporting data to Splunk / other integrations 5) Help build and share monitoring / alerting dashboarding based on data in Splunk / ITOM for teams to see / quickly triage alerts and issues Strategic Responsibility Sets or contributes to the business strategy for own team and function.
