Essential Functions & Primary Duties

• Gain an understanding and assist in planning multiple assignments in various industries
• Execute solid understanding of accounting principles, quality control standards and technology implementation procedures relative to individual client assignments
• Close year-end books for clients, make appropriate journal entry adjustments and gather information necessary for the preparation of tax returns
• Participate in client assignments from beginning to end
• Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with all levels of client staff to increase customer satisfaction and to strengthen client relationships
• Identify and communicate issues, technical matters and improvement opportunities with senior associates, managers, and partners to resolve client issues discovered during the audit process.
• Pledge to provide exceptional service to every client by providing individual attention, responsiveness and commitment to understanding their goals and needs
• Maintain and comply with the highest degree of professional standards, client confidentiality and personal conduct

Compensation

The hourly rate for this job in this market is $20-$40. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position. The compensation above is not representative of an employee's total compensation.
