Registered Nurse (RN) 7500 Bonus

As a  Registered Nurse  at Valley View Village , you'll provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. Position Type :  Full-Time

Shifts Available :

Day : 7 : 00 am to 7 : 00 pm

Night : 7 : 00 pm to 7 : 00 am

Wage Range :   $37.50+ / hour depending on experience

Bonus : $7,500

Registered Nurse responsibilities :

Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow-up action as necessary

Administers medications and / or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness / response.

Monitor residents and report any change in their condition.

Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.

Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.

Monitor performance of CNA staff.

Use strong interpersonal skills when interacting with others.

Registered Nurse Qualifications :

Must have a current Iowa RN license or have RN licensure within the compact states.

CPR certificate or willingness to obtain it.

Stable work history.

Must have strong communication and organizational skills.

Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
