Join our team as the Director of Public Works and play a pivotal role in shaping the infrastructure and services that keep our community thriving. In this strategic leadership position, you will plan, direct, and manage all operations of the Public Works Department, ensuring the effective delivery of essential services to residents. Collaborating closely with the Village Administrator and the Executive Leadership Team, you'll develop innovative goals and action plans that align with the overall vision of the Village. This at-will position's annual salary range is $93,073 - $124,097. Starting salary will be commensurate with experience. Compensation is augmented by an excellent benefits package.

This position offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes :
