Salary :
Primary Responsibilities
As a member of the mechanical maintenance team, individuals are responsible for following safe work practices while executing crucial maintenance tasks.
- Safety first mindset
- Safely perform mechanical tasks, including but not limited to cutting, welding, shaft alignment, bearing installation, and hydraulic troubleshooting
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance
- Work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends when needed
- Willing to be on a rotating first-call list 24 hours a day for plant-related issues
- Proficiency in Windows-based software and basic computer skills

High school diploma or equivalencyMinimum of 3 years of experience in industrial mechanical repair and maintenance, 5 years preferredBasic knowledge in maintaining and troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systemsBasic knowledge in maintaining and troubleshooting power transmission componentsBasic knowledge of precision alignment and maintenance practicesOutstanding safety and attendance recordsExhibits patience and self-confidencePossesses excellent planning and organization skillsDemonstrates a high level of emotional intelligenceExhibits strong attention to detailUnderstanding of all lockout procedures and how to utilize a safety data sheet (SDS)Exhibits good mechanical aptitudeBehavioral Profile
