Senior Director of Data Management

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Data Management and Strategy to lead data initiatives within the IT department.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives and healthcare standards

Establish data governance policies to ensure integrity, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations

Lead the design and management of scalable data architecture and infrastructure for efficient data handling

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

10-15 years of experience in data management, analytics, and technology roles, preferably in healthcare

Expertise in advanced analytics, business intelligence tools, and data architecture design

In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and HITRUST

Proven ability to lead and manage a high-performing data team and drive transformational change
