Key Responsibilities

Lead the evolution of the Ads tech stack to enhance scalability and performance

Collaborate with engineers to improve the reliability and efficiency of Ads services

Identify infrastructure gaps and lead strategic investments to address them

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in high-performance infrastructure for consumer-facing products

Experience with distributed systems at web scale

Strong background in building services using cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP)

Experience with systems observability and operational best practices

Ability to lead large-scale re-architecture projects for improved reliability and scalability
