We\'re looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage our agency growth and execute creative work for our premium client roster. This is a hybrid role based in Nashville, TN.

What You'll Do Social Media Management

Agency Growth : Build and grow For You Media\'s Instagram from zero to industry authority

Client Account Management : Manage social media for luxury brands, restaurants, and DTC companies

Community Management : Engage authentically with audiences and build brand loyalty

Content Strategy : Plan and execute content calendars that align with brand goals

ManyChat Management : Set up and optimize automated funnels and engagement sequences

Analytics & Reporting : Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Creative & Design Support

Basic Graphic Design : Create social media graphics and story templates using Canva

Video Editing : Edit short-form video content for Reels and TikTok-style posts

Brand Consistency : Ensure all creative work maintains luxury brand standards

Campaign Support : Create basic graphics for influencer campaigns and events

Can work independently while maintaining brand standards
