Certified Pharmacy Technician

CSI Companies is hiring a Certified Pharmacy Technician for our Fortune100 healthcare client.

Location : Onsite – Overland Park, KS 66211

Pay : $20-23 / hour based on experience, certifications, and education

Hours : Full time hours; Monday – Friday between 6am – 4 : 30pm with occasional OT

Status : Contract to Hire

Job Summary

We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our client’s pharmacy fulfillment center team. The ideal candidate will be nationally certified and hold a valid Kansas state pharmacy technician license. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. You’ll work under the direction of a supervisor and lead, alongside a team of other technicians, to ensure prescriptions are filled accurately and on time.

• Job Duties : Accurately fill prescriptions according to established procedures and safety standards.
• Perform down-stocking and inventory organization.
• Cross-train in multiple pharmacy areas to support operational flexibility.
• Lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs as needed to support fulfillment operations.
• Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards.
• Contribute to a team-focused environment while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Minimum Requirements : Verifiable High School Diploma or higher
• Active national pharmacy technician certification is required
• Active Kansas state pharmacy technician license is required
• Prior pharmacy technician experience in fulfillment, retail, or hospital setting.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Preferred Qualifications : Previous experience in a fulfillment or high-volume pharmacy environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and support multiple areas of the pharmacy.
