Responsible for adhering to all established Standards of Nursing Practices and the organization's policies and procedures.\n\nJob Qualifications\n

• Education from an accredited school of nursing that results in becoming a Registered Nurse\n
• Long-term care / Rehab / Assisted Living experience preferred\n
• Current license in the state you will be working as a Registered Nurse\n
• IV Certification required or willing to obtain within six months of employment\n
• Current CPR / AED Certification required or willing to obtain within six months of employment\n
• Must be able to assess the basic nursing care needs of the geriatric resident\n
• Must possess excellent communication skills to interact with residents, visitors and staff\n
• Excellent time management and organizational skills are required\n
• Must possess critical thinking skills\n
